For the second time in three draft classes, the Kansas City Chiefs have decided to move up in the first round to climb up draft boards, jump over other teams, and lay claim to a prospect they didn't want to miss out on. This year, that prized player was wide receiver Xavier Worthy, Matt Conner of Arrowhead Addict reports.
The Chiefs ended up trading with the Buffalo Bills at No. 28 overall, a move up four spots from their original spot at No. 32. The terms of the official deal are that the Chiefs traded picks No. 32, 95 and 221 to Buffalo for No. 28, 133, and 248.
Worthy is the fastest player in the entire draft class who set a record during the NFL Combine with a time of 4.21 seconds in the 40-yard dash.
