With Bud Dupree on the Physically Unable to Perform list to start training camp, the Tennessee Titans have added some pass-rush depth, Ben Arthur of the Tennessean reports.

The Titans agreed to terms with veteran edge rusher John Simon, the team announced Sunday.

The 6-foot-2, 260-pound Simon had two sacks, three passes defensed and 53 tackles in 16 starts with the New England Patriots last season. A 2013 fourth-round pick, the 30-year-old Simon has spent time with the Baltimore Ravens (2013), Houston Texans (2014-16) and Indianapolis Colts (2017) in addition to the Patriots (2018-20) in his career. He's posted 21 sacks in eight NFL seasons.
