The ailing Jaguars signed long snapper Matt Overton on Friday to replace Carson Tinker, who was placed on injured reserve because of a knee injury, Philip Heilman of the Florida Times Union reports.

Tinker joins running back Corey Grant and tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins as the third player to be put on injured reserve by the Jaguars this week. Per the team, Tinker injured his right knee, but not the surgically repaired ACL that kept him out the entire 2017 season.

Overton, a six-year veteran, played nine games with the Jaguars last season before suffering a season-ending shoulder injury Week 10 against the Los Angeles Chargers. He previously played five seasons in Indianapolis.
