Veteran defensive lineman Calais Campbell is scheduled to meet with the Detroit Lions this week according to Josina Anderson of CBS Sports.
The Lions will reportedly meet with Campbell on Thursday as the veteran continues to make his rounds. Campbell will turn 37 in September, but appeared in 14 games for the Ravens last season, totaling 5.5 sacks-his most since 2019, while grading as the 15th-best defensive lineman in the league per PFF. Campbell likely wants to join a playoff contender in what could be his final season and could help the Lions win what appears to be a wide-open NFC North in 2023.
