2004 Atlanta Falcons Training Camp Information

Directions To Furman University:
From Atlanta:
I-85 North to 185 exit (first Greenville exit).
Exit right @ first exit (Exit 15) and turn left onto White Horse Road (Highway 25).
Go approximately 10 miles until road becomes six lanes.
Turn right at the sign indicating Furman University to the right on to Duncan Chapel Road.
Go past the Furman golf course on the left.
Cross the railroad tracks and pass the back gate of Furman.
Go over hill and turn left into Timmons Arena gates. The Arena and stadium are straight ahead.

From Charlotte, NC:
I-85 South to Greenville.
Take I-385 to North Pleasantburg Drive (Route 291). Follow 291 six (6) miles until Cherrydale Point Shopping Center and turn Right onto US 25 North Business and US 276.
Proceed three (3) miles North to Furman University exit.

From Asheville, NC:
Take I-26 to Hendersonville, NC, then US 25 South. Stay on US 25 business to Furman University exit.

From Columbia, SC:
Take I-26 to I-385. Take North Pleasantburg Drive (Route 291) six (6) miles until Cherrydale Point Shopping Center and turn Right onto US 25 North Business and US 276. Proceed three (3) miles North to Furman University exit.

Directions To Falcons Flowery Branch Headquarters
From The South:
Take I-85 North.
Exit to the left on I-985 toward Gainesville.
Take Exit 12, Spout Springs Road.
Turn left off the exit ramp.
Go under I-985 and go about 1/4 mile and make a right on Thurmond Tanner Road.
Proceed on Thurmond Tanner Road for about one mile, then make a right on Falcon Parkway (Highway 13/Atlanta Highway).
Go about a 1/2 mile on Falcon Parkway past the Wrigley Plant on your left and back over I-985.
The Falcons Complex will be on your left (4400 Falcon Parkway).

From The North:
From Gainesville or the mountains, take I-985 South.
Take Exit 16, the Oakwood exit, and turn left off the ramp onto Mundy Mill Road (SR-53).
Proceed to the third light, the large intersection, and turn right onto Old Atlanta Highway.
After you turn, you will notice a church on your right and a Publix shopping center on your left.
Proceed on Old Atlanta Highway (which turns into Falcon Parkway) for about four miles.
The Falcons Complex will be on your right (4400 Falcon Parkway).
