P.J. Fleck, who coached Rutgers wide receivers each of the last two years under Bucs coach Greg Schiano, has agreed to join the Bucs in the same capacity according to Roy Cummings of the Tampa Tribune.

Fleck left Rutgers earlier in the week to take a job as the offensive coordinator at Northern Illinois, his alma mater, but resigned a day later to join forces with Schiano, the report said.
